Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consenting adults greater than 18 years, undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Obvious visible facial or neck deformity (hydrocephalus, retrognathia, mandible fracture, neck swelling) Planned Fiberoptic intubation
