Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children aged 6-12 years reporting to Department of Pediatric and preventive dentistry. Children whose parents agree to participate in the study. Informed consent from the parent. Children aged 6-12 years, requiring administration of bilateral infiltration anaesthesia. Frankl s rating 3 and 4.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children who report with extraoral swelling. Children with underlying medical conditions. Children with history of administration of analgesics. Children with special health care needs, systemic illness, anxiety disorder and needle phobia, allergy to lignocaine, abscess at the application site were excluded from the study.
