Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of knee osteoarthritis stage Kellgren-Lawrence (KL) grading system 1-4 Patients experiencing joint pain with a minimum score of more than or equal to 3 on Visual Analog Scale (VAS) or equivalent pain scale. The subject is able and willing to provide consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus, Severe Chronic Liver Diseases, Severe Chronic Kidney Diseases, Severe Coronary artery diseases, Malignancy and Severe Mental health disorder. History of recent joint surgery or joint replacement within the past 6 months. Diagnosis of inflammatory arthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Psoriatic arthritis, Ankylosing spondylitis, Gout or other inflammatory joint diseases. Pregnancy or lactation, planning for pregnancy. Patients with uncontrolled HTN.
