Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with distal clavicle fractures 2.Patients presenting within 2 weeks of injury

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Associated ipsilateral shoulder girdle fractures 2.Pathological fractures 3.Previous surgery to the same limb 4.Associated neurovascular injury 5.Polytrauma or life threatening injuries
