Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects presenting with clinical features of Madhumeha such as Prabhuta mutrata Avila mutrata Pippasa adhikhya Kshuda adhikya Karapada suptata Karapada daha Sweda adhikya Dourbalya Alasya and Mukha madhurya Patients with FBS above 126 mg/dl up to 250 mg/dl PPBS above 200 mg/dl up to 300 mg/dl HbA1c above 6.5% up to 9.0% will be selected
