Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Resident in region category for greater than 6 months. Able to provide informed consent (or, for cognitive impairment, family member or guardian consent with participant assent where possible). Ability to converse in the selected Indian language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute medical emergency Severe intoxication at the time of visit Uncorrected Hearing impairment, Speech Impairment, Dysarthria Persons diagnosed with any form of mental illness.
