Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with Cervical and thoracic level spinal cord injury Neurological level C5 T10 Patients with incomplete Spinal cord injury Individuals classified as ASIA impairment scale AIS Grades B C and D Individuals with Traumatic spinal cord injury More than 1 month patient should be using the wheelchair Individuals with Independent wheelchair propulsion ability Patient who is hemodynamically stable

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with lumbar and sacral spinal cord injury Patients with complete Spinal cord injury Individuals classified as ASIA impairment scale AIS Grade A Individuals with non- traumatic spinal cord injury Participants with associated severe musculoskeletal injury fractures or deformities affecting the upper limb 6Chest deformities or rib fracture or chest trauma Patients having respiratory impairments Requires ventilatory support Patient having shoulder pain and dysfunction
