Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients sign and symptoms will be assessed based on both Ayurvedic and Modern criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with compromised immune system, such as those with HIV,will be excluded. Patients with any uncontrolled systemic disease will be excluded. Pregnant and breastfeeding women will be excluded.

Reduction in pain intensity in Gridhrasi patients measured by Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)Timepoint: 30 days

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in Straight leg Raise (SLR) test. Reduction in stiffness. Improvement in walking ability/daily activities.Timepoint: 30 days
