Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students aged between 10 to 18 years, of either sex. School going children who fulfill the criteria for academic stress, as identified using the Modified Perceived Stress Scale (PSS Scale). Children whose parents are willing to give consent for the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age group below 10 years and above 18 years. Have a history of psychiatric disorders. Suffer from intellectual disabilities or mental retardation due to structural brain damage. Diagnosed with developmental disorders or chronic systemic illnesses. Have severe psychiatric conditions, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Children who have completed participation in any other clinical trial during the past six month.
