Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals with least coordination impairment, CCS scoring 40-66 mostly age related changes FIMS score 108- 126 MOCA scores 10- 18 Mild cognitive to no cognitive impairment sufficient to comprehend and follow instructions for coordination training
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with severe dementia or cognitive impairment that may impede comprehension or ability to engage in the intervention. Uncontrolled Medical Conditions: Uncontrolled cardiovascular conditions, respiratory disorders, or other medical conditions that could pose a risk during physical activity or compromise safety during the intervention. Recent history of falls or fractures that may impact mobility or increase the risk of injury during the study period. Inability to provide informed consent due to communication barriers or legal incapacity. Current participation in other research studies or interventions that may interfere with the objectives or outcomes of this study.
