Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Collegiate male badminton players The age of players should be 18-25 years Playing badminton at least from 2 years. Participants currently playing at collegiate or competitive level. . Free from any lower limb injury in past 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have any kind of neuromuscular or cardiovascular disease. Those who will be differently abled person. Those who will have medical history. Currently involved in other strength or training programs.
