Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Undergraduate health sciences students of both gender between age of 18-28 year. Individuals who can read, write and understand English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students pursuing any other courses other than undergraduate health sciences program. Any other factors affecting mental status like personal, social, financial or family factors. Individual who is known case of any other psychomotor illness.
