Interventions

Intervention1: Garden cress seed powder and amla powder: The subject should consume 10gm GC powder and 5gm amla powder, mixed with 100 ml of tepid water, every morning on an empty stomach for 12 weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group from 18-30 years of both Male and Female population , low Haemoglobin ,low Serum Iron , with low Serum ferritin , high Total iron-binding capacity are included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: less than 18 years and more than 30 years of age, Allergic reactions to garden cress seed powder, Allergic reactions to amla fruit, Under medication for anaemia, Renal disease (renal stone), Pregnancy or breastfeeding, A known history of inflammatory bowel disease, Hypokalemia, Alcohol, Smoking, Malabsorption syndrome, excess consumption of coffee and tea, Hypothyroidism, Menorrhagia

Haemoglobin (Hb) Serum Iron Total Iron Binding Capacity (TIBC) Serum Transferrin Serum FerritinTimepoint: Baseline measurements (Day 0, before intervention) and post-intervention measurements after 120 days (12 weeks) of supplementation.
