Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary and Secondary Infertility due to thin endometrium, History of Recurrent Pregnancy Loss, Patients already taking Ovum Induction with clomiphene citrate or Letrozole

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemic diseases like Tb, DM, Hypertension. 2. Asherman s syndrome. 3. Under gone GnRH agonist treatment. 4. Patients undergone surgical interventions of Uterus like PRP & Stem cell therapy. 5. Patient on oral contraceptives. 6. Severe Pelvic Inflammatory Disease, STD S, Benign and malignant tumours of reproductive tract & Endometriosis. 7. Premature Ovarian failure. 8. Endocrinal disorders like thyroid dysfunction, Hyperprolactinemia & Hyperandrogenism.
