Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with a pelvic cancer and undergoing pelvic radiotherapy for at least two weeks (minimum of 10 sessions).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients will be excluded if they have open wounds or active pelvic skin infections, musculoskeletal impairments limiting pelvic assessment, or hemodynamic instability. Individuals with Stage IV metastatic disease, an ECOG performance status greater than 3, or pre-existing urinary or faecal incontinence will also be excluded.
