Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Index surgery performed as a single, definitive procedure (Minor and Major Surgical procedures) requiring routine follow-up 2. Clinically stable for discharge and scheduled for routine outpatient follow-up 3. Owns a smartphone/computer with internet, or has a caregiver who can assist, and gives written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Planned adjuvant therapy or staged surgery (requirement for radiotherapy, chemotherapy) 2. Patients in whom repeated mandatory in-person postoperative visits are clinically required for management or monitoring. 3. Severe neuro-cognitive or sensory impairment .

To assess the reduction, if any, in the number of required in-person outpatient visits with hybrid postoperative follow-up using the eSanjeevani telemedicine platform compared to conventional in-person follow-up in patients undergoing minor and major oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures.Timepoint: Day 1-7 Day 7 14 Month 1 Month 2 Month 3

C- To determine whether video follow up detects postoperative complications as effectively as in person visits. 2.R- To compare the total patient time commitment (in hours) per follow-up visit between the hybrid eSanjeevani and conventional in-person follow-up groups. 3. T- To assess patient acceptance and usability of telemedicine-based postoperative follow-up using the validated Telehealth Usability Questionnaire (TUQ).
