Inclusion criteria: Patient showing Uric acid level more than 7mg/dl in male and more than 6mg/dl in female Patient showing with sign and symptoms of Vatarakta that is Shoola shoth daha sparshasahatwa twak vaivarnya

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient contraindicated for basti karma that i basti anarha Pregnant women and lactating mother patient suffering from major illness like uncontrolled HTN DM Chronic kidney failure and SLE
