Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)small stone (less than 7mm) that is not obstructing and resulting in severing hydronephrosis 2)no surgical emergency there are no serious symptoms or indicators of an acute obstruction. 3)there are no persistently severe colic pain without haematuria 4)vitally stable 5)absence of acute kidney failure or sepsis shock
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)diagnosed cases requiring surgery 2)stone greater than 6-7mm with low like hood spontaneous passage severe or ongoing pain in spite of homoeopathic treatment 3) any congenital abnormality CKD cases 4)haematuria with other complication

| 1)Symptom reduction and stone expulsion confirmed by USG 2) prominent changes in pre and post USG reports mark reduction in size of stone Timepoint: Duration of study is 18 months. Each case will be studied for a period of 6 months or until remission occurs, whichever is earlier. Each case will be followed up at intervals of 15 to 30 days or as and when required.
