Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients fulfilling diagnostic criteria of Amavata as per Ayurvedic texts and ACR criteria . Both seronegative and seropositive will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 25 years and more than 60 years Pregnant and lactating women Patients with compromised immune system Patients with any severe uncontrolled systemic illness(eg diabetes, hypertension,cardiac disorders) Patients with complications of Amavata
