Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patient should be 18 to 65 years old. Endodontically treated 1st and 2nd molars. Molars having intact root apices with no radiographic or clinical evidence of root fracture. Presence of a wide and deep pulp chamber minimum depth 3 mm. Minimum 2 to 3 wall should be present. Good oral hygiene habits. The tooth should have an opposing tooth in the arch. The tooth is restorable, probing pocket depth and mobility are within normal limits.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Tooth with significant loss of structure. Inability of the patient to cooperate with follow up and post operative recall. Patients with poor oral hygiene Severe periodontitis. Pregnancy. Incapable of self-care, mental illness or systemic dis eases, and undergoing radiotherapy. Mobility Tooth in which Root canal treatment was performed more than 6 months ago Patient s who are allergic to these materials.
