Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 19-25 year old, both genders. Able to perform plyometric push-ups with correct technique. Minimum 6 months to 1 year of resistance training experience with 2-4 sessions per week. Resistance training with the purpose of primary and secondary prevention only.
