Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Uncomplicated age related cataracts

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Existing ocular, comorbidity, traumatic cataract, small pupil

MeasureTime frame
: comparison among the groups for proportion of eyes with clinically visible DMD at the end of surgery and on anterior segment optical coherence tomography (AS-OCT) within an hour of surgery. Histomorphologic evaluation of endothelial misalignment at the (manual /FLACS) incision was performed in cadaveric eyes (n=5, each).Timepoint: Postoperative Day 1
