Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical symptoms of Vatakantaka i.e., Pain, Tenderness, Pain on dorsiflexion of foot, Age-18yrs to70yrs, Irrespective of gender, Irrespective of Occupation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Known case of Fracture of Calcanium, Calcanium knob, Calcanium spur, Patients with Known case of Infective pathologies like chronic osteomyelitis, tuberculous osteomyelitis Patients with Known case of Diabetes mellitus, Diabetic neuropathy and Hypertention Pregnant women.
