Intervention1: Dynamic Stretching With Conventional Therapy: Dynamic stretching program for shoulder including flexion, abduction, internal rotation and external rotation movements.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18â??60 years Both male and female Clinically diagnosed adhesive capsulitis Restricted AROM and PROM (especially external rotation and abduction) Stage 2 and/or Stage 3 adhesive capsulitis Duration of symptoms more than and equal to 3 months Patients with or without diabetes Willing to participate with informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of fracture, dislocation, or major shoulder trauma Rotator cuff tear, shoulder instability, or other significant shoulder pathology Post-surgical shoulder cases Neurological disorders affecting upper limb Rheumatoid arthritis or systemic inflammatory conditions affecting shoulder Severe cardiac/medical condition making exercise unsafe Unwilling or unable to follow treatment protocol
