Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 patient in age group of 18-35years 2 Painful menstruation for atleast 2 consecutive cycles 3 Both married and unmarried patients
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with irregular menstrual cycle 2 Patients on oral contraceptive pills 3 Patients with congenital anamolies leading to primary dysmenorrhoea 4 Cases of Secondary dysmenorrhoea with pelvic pathology Fibroid of uterus Ovarian Cyst Endometriosis Endometrial polyp etc 5 Patients with known case of Hypothyroidism Hyperthyroidism Anaemia Hypertention etc
