Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants of age group 20 to 60 years irrespective of gender presenting with scorpion envenomation Participants reported with history of scorpion sting to Pappinissery Visha Chikitsa Kendram, Kannur Participants with local manifestations of at least any 3 of Pain, Burning Sensation, Swelling, Erythema and Itching.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women and lactating mothers. Participants with known history of uncontrolled systemic illness (DM2, HTN, CAD, hemorrhagic diseases). Participants who are not willing to participate in the trial.
