Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Post operative open heart surgery patients. 2. Stable Vitals- Saturation above 92% with or without oxygen support, Respiratory rate- 12-20 breaths per minute.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable cardiac condition eg: Unstable angina, acute myocardial infarction, or cardiac arrhythmias. 2. Presence of comorbidities such as diabetes, hypertension, or COPD. 3. Orthopedic and neurological conditions which limits the exercise program like OA knee, stroke
