Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged between 8 to 11 years Primary molars with deep caries involving pulp Restorable teeth Presence of pain or tenderness Radiographic furcation or periapical radiolucency Cooperative child Parental consent obtained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Medically compromised children Allergy to antibiotics Non-restorable teeth Advanced root resorption Acute facial swelling or abscess requiring emergency care
