Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed cases of arshas as per classics (I and II piles )will be taken for the study. Patients of age group between 18-60 years, irrespective of sex, religion, occupation & economic status. Diabetic patients with controlled blood sugar. Hypertensive patients with controlled hypertension.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with 3rd and 4th degree piles Patient of age group below 18 yrs & above 60 years will be excluded Subjects associated with conditions like HIV, HBsAg, ulcerativecolitis, anal polyp, crohn s disease, Severe anaemic, tuberculosis, malignancy of rectum is excluded. Patients associated with uncontrolled metabolic disease like diabetes malitus, hypertension, IHD, will be excluded.
