| Assessment will be based on clinical observations made before, during, and after the treatment. Key parameters include the presence and severity of constipation, which may contribute to disease progression. Itching at the anal verge will be noted as an indicator of irritation or inflammation. Pain intensity and its variation during and after treatment will also be evaluated. Bleeding per rectum (P/R), including frequency and amount, will be carefully observed. Additionally, the number of pile masses will be recorded, along with their size, to assess the extent of the condition and monitor therapeutic response effectively over time.Timepoint: 60 days | — |
