Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with the clinical features of Bahya arshas (external haemorrhoids) will be included 1. 20-60 years of Age group. 2. Patient of both sexes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: subjects with uncontrolled DM, HTN. 2. Carcinoma of rectum and anal canal. 3. Respiratory diseases-COPD, Asthma, Pneumonia. 4. Patient who are sensitive to the Dhoopana karma.
