Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Infants with birth weight in between 1500g to 2500g. 2. Neonates with stable cardia-respiratory status. 3. Neonates who can maintain body temperature with routine care and kangaroo mother care (without warmer) 4. Neonates who are on direct breast feed/palladia feeds.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neonates with features of sever intrauterine growth retardation. 2. With serious congenital malfunction. 3. With Congenital cardiac defects. 4. With suspected chromosomal abnormalities.
