Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A.Obstructive Coronary Artery Disease: 1. Age range - 18 to 75 years, either gender, 2. Luminal diameter stenosis of atleast more than or equal to 70% in a minimum of one major coronary artery(LAD/LCx/RCA), 3. Preserved LV ejection fraction (LV EF-5O %) with no RWMA, 4.Able and prepared to give written informed consent B.Coronary slow flow phenomenon: 1. Age range - 18 to 75 years, either gender, 2.No significant epicardial stenosis ( less than 50 % narrowing)in all major coronary arteries with delayed distal vessel opacification(Grade 2 TIMI flow) and with increased TIMI frame count(more than 27 frames), 3. Preserved LV ejection fraction (LV EF-50 %) with no RWMA, 4.Able and prepared to give written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Past history of PCI/CABG/or any cardiac surgery, 2.Significant valvular heart disease ( more severe than mild stenosis or regurgitation)or prosthetic valve, 3.Cardiac rhythm abnormalities that limit STE accuracy (AF/flutter,frequent PVCs,RBBB or LBBB,paced rhythm), 4.History of congenital heart defect, 5.Uncontrolled HTN (despite treatment, systolic BP more than or equal to 180mmHg or diastolic BP more than or equal to 110mmHg)during the time of echo, 6.Renal failure or hepatic failure, 7.Poor acoustic window or suboptimal echocardiographic image quality.
