Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 25 years Cricketers with Low Back Pain less than 3 months Both male and female Players practicing cricket at least for 2 years Players willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Crickets with Low Back Pain more than 6 months Patients with history of any recent injury or surgery Players with history of any musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary or any other disease or disorder Players who are following any other exercise program other the common standard cricket training
