Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adolescents aged 18 to 26 years with clinically diagnosed non structural scoliosis. Patients with back pain with a minimum VAS score of 3 out of 10. No prior history of spinal surgery or orthotic treatment. Ability to attend supervised physiotherapy sessions three times per week. Willingness to participate with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with structural scoliosis. Congenital or neuromuscular disorders such as cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy or spina bifida. Systemic or inflammatory diseases such as ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis or spinal tuberculosis. History of spinal surgery. Pregnancy. Patients who are not willing to participate or are non compliant.
