Intervention1: Pericapsular Neve Group Block: The block is to be given in proximal femur femur fracture patients 20 minutes before administration of subarachnoid block with 0.25% Bupivacaine with 50mc

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Radiologically confirmed cases of proximal femoral fractures both intracapsular and extra capsular fractures in ASA I and II patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patients who refuse to participate in this study. -Patients with old fractures (more than 7 days). -Patients with bleeding disorders or coagulopathies. -Patients with polytrauma. -Patients with known allergy to local anaesthetics. -Patients with infection at the site of block.
