Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Professional Football players with at least 3 years of playing experience (club, National, regional level) Only Male Professional Club Players Age: 18- 32 years Baseline fitness Level: Player available to play in season.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any history of lower limb injuries/surgeries within the last year of playing. Any player undergoing injury rehabilitation Recreational players

Reactive Agility testing using BlazePods.Timepoint: at baseline, outcome will be assessed only once during the study.

Secondary

Reactive Agility Blazepods: For thirty seconds, players must balance solely on one foot while standing barefoot in the middle of the square. The primary objective of the exercise is to tap as quickly as you can with the elevated foot while keeping your balance in a one-leg stance on the highlighted pod, which is indicated by a light that is lit in a rhythmic & random order. During each trial, participants were not allowed to touch the floor more than once with the elevated foot. The test was stopped, & the findings were not included in the analysis for participants who touched the floor with the raised leg more than once.Timepoint: at baseline, outcome will be assessed only once during the study.
