Health Condition 1: I257- Atherosclerosis of coronary arterybypass graft(s) and coronary artery of transplanted heart with angina pectoris

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients who have undergone CABG surgery and in ICU phase. 2 Uneventful cardiac interventions (CABG surgery) which include stroke, cardiac tamponade, excessive bleeding from incision site after surgery etc. 3 Patient willing to participate and provide informed consent. 4 Stable vitals - BP-resting systolic BP 90-140mmhg or resting systolic BP 60-90mmHG, RR- 12 to 18 bpm, pulse- 60 to 100 bpm, saturation above 92percent with or without oxygen support. 5 Patients with normal (greater than 50 percent), mild (40-49percent) and moderate (30-39percent) left ventricular ejection fraction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Severe comorbidities (e.g. uncontrolled diabetes, COPD) 2 Significant joint or musculoskeletal disorders preventing exercises of lower limb. 3 Exclude emergency CABG, or re- cardiac surgery and re-exploration. 4 Progressive worsening of exercise tolerance. 5 Unstable angina. 6 Active pericarditis and myocarditis. 7 Patient with septic shock.
