Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All ICU patients for weaning trials no active arrhythmia the patient should take spontaneous breath in CPAP

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Invasive Mechanical Ventilation less than 48 h Weak cough reflex Upper airway stridor
