Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A complete enumeration approach will be used. Through door-to-door surveying, all individuals (~5000) living around six villages near the three selected PHCs (DOMMASANDRA, MAHANTHALINGAPURA, HARAGADDE) will be included. This ensures comprehensive coverage of the target population and allows comparison across yoga users and non-users.
