Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult male and female patients aged 18 60 years with a clinical diagnosis of Lichen Planus Pigmentosus attending the dermatology outpatient department will be enrolled. Participants must be willing to provide written informed consent and comply with study procedures and follow-up visits. Patients with pregnancy or lactation, history of keloidal tendency, active cutaneous infection at the treatment site, recent treatment for Lichen Planus Pigmentosus within the last 3 months, or known photosensitivity disorders will be excluded from the study.
