Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants included in the study were recreational cricket players aged between 18 and 35 years who had a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of playing experience and were practicing regularly at least 3 to 4 days per week. All participants were willing to take part in the study and provided written informed consent prior to participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players were excluded if they had any recent shoulder injuries, recent lower limb injuries or surgeries, a history of spinal surgery or severe low back pain, experienced extreme discomfort during abdominal muscle contraction, or had any neurological or musculoskeletal condition that could influence bowling performance.
