Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study includes adults aged 18 to 45 years who have been diagnosed with chronic non-specific low back pain, defined as pain persisting for 12 weeks or longer without a clearly identifiable pathological cause. Participants should also be experiencing poor sleep quality, as indicated by a Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score greater than 5. The diagnosis of non-specific chronic low back pain must be confirmed either through imaging methods such as X-ray or MRI, or clinically ascertained by a qualified medical professional.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Low back pain due to specific causes such as malignancy , infection , fracture , radiculopathy or inflammatory conditions. Pregnancy Significant neurological impairments or history of spinal surgery. Refusal to provide informed consent. Already involved in another training at the time of my treatment.
