Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study included students aged 18 to 25 years who had been using the same smartphone for at least one year. Only those participants who were willing to take part in the study and provided informed consent were included. Both male and female students were eligible for participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants were excluded if they had a history of upper limb fracture or surgery any inflammatory joint disease or any neurological condition affecting the hands Students who were unwilling to participate were also excluded from the study

Finkelstein Test for the clinical diagnosis of DQT. Smartphone Addiction Scale (SAS) to determine addiction level. Smartphone screen diagonal measurement (inches). Quality of life are examined by using the SF-36 questionnaire.Timepoint: At baseline
