Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with symptoms of Asrigdara Hemoglobin less than 8gm/dl Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants suffering from any major systemic disorders like cardiac diseases (IHD), IDDM, uncontrolled Hypertension, Hyperthyroid, Renal and Hepatic diseases etc. Not agreed for giving consent / investigations / follow up. Patients having bleeding due to abortion. Patients having coagulation disorders. Uterine & pelvic pathologies like; Polyp, fibroid, adenomyosis PID etc.

The outcome is to evaluate the efficacy & safety of Kausamustabhyadi Kashaya in the management of Asrigdara (Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding)Timepoint: During intervention subjects assessed on 4th, 8th and 12th week During follow up after 8 weeks
