Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 45 years. Healthcare professional currently employed or studying and performing clinical or administrative duties. Regular digital device use more than 4 hours a day self-reported average over last 7 days. Computer Vision Syndrome Questionnaire CVS-Q score more or equal to 6. Baseline ocular or neck pain with VAS more or equal to 2 attributed to screen use. Corrected visual acuity of at least 6 on 12 in each eye with habitual correction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe Ocular pathologies like glaucoma, cataract, retinal disease, corneal disease, strabismus or squint, eye surgery history. Systemic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, arthritis. Participants with a family history of ocular disease. Individuals who were pregnant or lactating. Participants using medications known to cause dry eyes and ocular disturbances. Presence of vision anomaly.
