Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children aged 6 10 years. 2. Children who routinely use electronic devices such as smartphones, tablets, televisions, or computers. 3. Parents/caregivers who provide informed consent and can reliably answer the questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with diagnosed neurological disorders, developmental delays, or chronic illnesses known to influence sleep patterns. Children currently receiving treatment for sleep disorders other than OSA. Children with a history of craniofacial anomalies or previous surgical intervention for adenotonsillar hypertrophy. Incomplete or improperly filled questionnaires

To assess the blue light exposure (screen time exposure) between children of age group 6-10 years. To assess the sleep apnea between children of age group of 6-10 years. To assess the association of blue light exposure and sleep apnea of children of age group 6-10 years. Timepoint: 1.5 years
