Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Systemically healthy patients (ASA I) Single-rooted teeth Pulpal diagnosis is pulp necrosis Periapical diagnosis is symptomatic apical periodontitis No antibiotic use in the previous 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have taken analgesics within 2 weeks prior to treatment Pregnant or lactating women Teeth with calcified canals severe dilacerations or resorptive defects Teeth with acute or chronic apical abscess Open apices Teeth with vertical or horizontal root fractures Previously root canal treated teeth Teeth requiring post placement

MeasureTime frame
Pain Evaluation Postoperative pain will be assessed using the Heft Parker Visual Analog scale at 4hour 24hour 48hour 72hour and 96 hours. Patients will be provided with a pain diary and instructed on its use. Timepoint: 4hour 24hour 48hour 72hour and 96 hour
