Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Unilateral facial nerve weakness diagnosed as Bell s palsy Viral infections are like herpes simplex Willing to participate and provide written informed consent Affected with acute onset of facial paralysis without a detectable cause
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient with a history of recent head injury, Neurological Disorders Patient with a history of Metal/Dental implants Patient with a history of immunodeficiency syndromes Tumors, congenital defects, open wounds Recurrent facial paralysis
