Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis as defined Grade I to Grade III of the Kellgren and Lawrence scale with average pain intensity above 4 as measured by Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). Patients having complaints of: 1.Janusandhi shula ( Knee joint pain ) 2.Janusandhi shotha ( Swelling of knee joint ) 3.Akunchana prasaran kashtata (Restricted joint movement)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with known case of:- 1.Aamvata ( Rheumatoid Arthritis ) 2.Vatarakta ( Gout ) 3.History of total knee replacement surgery 4.Treatment with opioid analgesics 5.Complete loss of knee articular and ligament tear 6.Knee dislocation 7.Knee Injury 8.Contact dermatitis
